I will write for myself, to alleviate the apprehension in the depth of my soul.

Rule no.6: Take a risk, even if you fall. Because if that’s what you really want, it should be worth it all.

Hi! It’s been a long time since I met the sec fives. Some of you might be wondering why I was the only graduated student who joined the sec fives’ Jalan Raya. So for those who didn't know, I originally came from the Normal Academic. These people were the ones who gave me the best years of my secondary school life……..until I was promoted to Secondary 3 Express. With the PSLE aggregate of only 181, it was definitely my greatest achievement to be awarded as the top student in the whole normal acad cohort for two straight years. My hard work totally paid off but I could not explain how tough it was being in an express class with the people who had aggregate more than 220. Besides the fact that they had a higher intelligence level than me, the daily lessons were so dull (probably because they took their studies super seriously that they had no time for jokes? Or, maybe I just couldn’t understand the way they joke? Who cares. In any way it was still pure draggy.) I was just a very slow learner and the type of student who couldn’t stand boredom (I still am, I guess….) . And honestly, I didn’t get enough support that I did in NA so altogether, it was hard to adapt to the new environment. Last year, I ended up sleeping almost every day in class so that basically explains why I got 22 points for my Olvl. ‘Nuff said?

Oh no wait! I have to say, I was astounded by this new principal who has changed a lot of rules in the school. Hell, the news totally cracked me up. I thanked God that I graduated before he came in. Good luck to all the Unitians, yes? :p

Anyway, the jalan raya was fine. As usual I was not punctual. But heyyyy, there’s nothing wrong with being fashionably late, right? We did a lot of catching up and…yes…walking! Apart from Mdm Rashidah’s house which was located at Woodlands, everybody else lives in the same area, Choa chu kang & yewtee, so there was no reason to take a transport or whatsoever, except for a house or two. I totally ditched the last house (Sorry khairul!) as time was running out and I was feeling tremendously lethargic that I cabbed home straight away. Perhaps I was not served coke, that’s why I couldn’t boost my energy level? Just kidding.
